The Gloucester County Vixens are thrilled to announce they have chosen

the Gloucester County Hero Scholarship Fund as their 2025 charity!

The GCHSF, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Pitman, is dedicated to helping with the needs of families of emergency services responders who have lost loved ones in the line of duty. This organization helps the families of fallen public safety personnel by providing immediate living and medical expenses within the first 48 hours of a documented line of duty death. They also assist individuals who suffer catastrophic injury or illness in the line of duty and may have an extended recovery resulting in prolonged absence from their occupation. GCHSF also assists the children of public safety personnel to continue on to college, particularly in situations in which a parent has died in the line of duty. The Gloucester County Hero Scholarship Fund is solely funded by donations and we are very excited to help support their worthy cause this year.

2024 was an amazing year for the Vixens as they raised $33,439.43 for Bolus 341. Bolus 341, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Gloucester County, helps newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic children and their families leave the hospital with resources and encouragement by providing Baskets of Strength to as many families as possible. Type I diabetes is not due to an unhealthy lifestyle, but is a lifelong autoimmune disease to which there is no cure (yet). We know this donation will help this wonderful organization continue their extraordinary work!

In 2023, the Vixens raised $27,136.84 for the Friends of the Child Advocacy Center of Gloucester County. This 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization was established to meet the needs of victims of Gloucester County. They provide resources to the Child Advocacy Center (CAC) of Gloucester County so they can offer a unified approach to the allegation of child abuse or mistreatment and provide the victim not only a safe environment to share their story, but also offer services and education that will support and empower them.
